Bertschi president of the Canadian Defence Lawyers), was honoured to present Dennis Quinlan QC (QA Law) of Vancouver, British Columbia with the Canadian Defence Lawyers’ 14th Lee Samis Award of Excellence. The celebration was held in Vancouver on September 29, 2015. The Award recognizes the exceptional contributions by members of Canada’s largest national organization of civil defence lawyers dedicated to the legal profession and to the development of the law of insurance in Canada.
