We are pleased to announce that David Bertschi, one of the founding partners at BOS LAW, will be taking up his new position as President of the Canadian Defense Lawyers association on June 3rd, 2015.
David is honoured to be elected by his peers to this prestigious position during the CDL’s 20th Anniversary milestone. David looks forward to continuing to serve the insurance industry in his capacity as defence and coverage counsel and now by representing all stake holders under the CDL umbrella.
