David will be one of the featured speakers at a CSME (Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators) webinar on March 11, 2021, on “Challenges in Performing Functional Assessments in 2021: Practical and Legal Implications”.  This webinar will address the effect of COVID-19 on physical interaction and community evaluations, transparency and consent, understanding the purpose of the assessments, what and how assessors should use various protocols and assessment tools, challenges regarding cognitive FAE, the defensibility of assessments in preparing their reports and in testifying before the trier of fact.
